Ordering

How ordering will work

Every bake will be made to order, so it starts with a conversation.

We open in February 2027. Until then, register your interest and we'll email you when we open. Registering doesn't place an order or book a date.

  1. Get in touch

    Once we're open, tell us your date and what you have in mind. The "What to tell us" list on this page shows what's helpful to know.

  2. We agree the design and send a quote

    The price depends on the size of the cake, the number of portions, flavours and fillings, how detailed the design is, the decorations, the time it takes to make and any delivery.

  3. A deposit books your date

    A 20% deposit puts your order in our calendar. Your order isn't confirmed until the deposit is paid. The balance is due by the date we agree with you.

  4. You check the details

    Before we bake, you confirm everything: the date, size, flavour, filling, design, colours, wording and allergen information.

  5. Collect, or we deliver

    Collection from Wootton is free.

    Delivery is £0.55 per mile, charged on the round trip from the bakery to your address and back. For example, an address 5 miles away is a 10-mile round trip, so £5.50. The delivery charge is included in your quote. Someone needs to be in to receive the cake.

    When you collect, we'll tell you how to transport your cake safely. Whether you collect or we deliver, we'll tell you how to store it, how long it can be kept and anything you need to know about serving it. We'll also give you the allergen information for your order with your cake.

Good to know

Changes. Tell us as soon as you can. Changes after an order is confirmed may cost extra and may not be possible once we've started.

Allergies. Please tell us before you order. Our kitchen handles gluten, eggs, milk, soya and peanuts, and some of the bakes we plan will contain tree nuts, so we can't guarantee any bake is free from traces of any allergen. Allergen information

Characters and brands. For character or branded designs we use officially licensed toppers, or a design inspired by the theme's colours.
